  • BLACK HISTORY FACT OF THE DAY: Death of Frederick Douglass (78), Douglass was the leading Black spokesman for almost fifty years. He was a major abolitionist and a lecturer and editor.

  • Baseball tryouts will be Thursday February 2nd from 3:00-5:30pm. Please bring any baseball equipment that you will need to the tryouts. You must have a current physical form completed and ready to turn in before you can try out.

  • There is a bowling match this Thursday at Lanes, Trains, and Automobiles beginning at 4:15, players need to be there by 3:45 wearing their shirt and khaki pants.

  • Valentine Grams will go on sale on Wednesday, February 1st. Send one to your friends or even a teacher! They are $ 1.00 each.

  • Students, get ready! There will be a Valentines Dance Party next Friday, February 10th from 3:00 to 5:30. Tickets are $5.00. Eligibility requirements apply.

  • Beat Lab is an after school program where you get to work with the Discovery Center and a MTSU student to create your own song, edit it and then make it into your own music video. We meet Wednesdays from 3-5pm in the STEM classroom starting February 15th. To sign up or get more information stop by Mrs Ranney's STEM lab in classroom 908.
