Screen Issues
- If the screen is black (or looks odd in any way besides being dim), first try RESTARTING the device.
- If the screen is physically damaged, or if restarting does not fix issue, complete a work order ticket for the technician.
- If the text/images on the screen in the web browser are too large or too small, click here.
- If the student device screen is dim, click FN and the UP ARROW on the keyboard (Click here or on image for larger diagram)
