Screen Issues

  1. If the screen is black (or looks odd in any way besides being dim), first try RESTARTING the device.
  2. If the screen is physically damaged, or if restarting does not fix issue, complete a work order ticket for the technician.
  3. If the text/images on the screen in the web browser are too large or too small, click here.   
  4. If the student device screen is dim, click FN and the UP ARROW on the keyboard (Click here or on image for larger diagram)
