Sound Problems

If sound is not coming from student device at all (without using earbuds/headphones):
 
  1. Check to make sure that the sound is not muted or volume is not turned low.
    1. Click FN + F1 to mute/unmute
    2. Click FN + F3 to increase volume
    3. Click FN + F2 to decrease volume

If sound is working on device UNTIL earbuds/headphones are plugged into the device:
 
 
            1. Check to make sure that earbuds/headphones are plugged snugly into sound port.
            2. Check sound using an alternate set of earbuds/headphones.
            3. Check for updates (instructions below)
