About your teacher:
 
I'm excited to welcome our incoming students and parents to the 2025-2026 school year. This is my 21st year teaching middle school. I graduated with honors from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004. I taught 8th-grade ELA for 13 years, and this is my eighth-year teaching 6th-grade ELA. This year will be different from any other as your child transitions into middle school, and we are here to support you and your child every step of the way. Welcome to our Yellow Jacket Family!

  • Please check your grades regularly through Skyward using your assigned username and password. If you need assistance with your login information, visit or call our attendance office. 
  • You can access Amplify, the new online 6th Grade ELA textbook, through Clever.
  • You can access your Office 365 account by clicking here. The username and password are the same as your computer login at school.
